Power Trip Festival war ein Heavy-Metal-Musikfestival, das vom 6. bis 8. Oktober 2023 im Empire Polo Club in Indio stattfand. Es traten Metallica, Iron Maiden, Guns N’ Roses, Tool, AC/DC und Judas Priest auf. Ozzy Osbourne war ursprünglich für den 7. Oktober vorgesehen, sagte seine Teilnahme jedoch aus gesundheitlichen Gründen ab. Das Festival wurde als „Fortsetzung von Desert Trip“ beschrieben.[1] Für AC/DC war es das erste Konzert seit Dezember 2016, als Axl Rose den erkrankten Sänger Brian Johnson ersetzte, der beim Power Trip Festival wieder dabei war.[1][2] Bereits im Juli 2023 wurde Judas Priest als Ersatz für Ozzy Osbourne angekündigt.[2] Die Preise für ein 3-Tage-Ticket begannen bei 599 US-Dollar. Campen war möglich, Hotelpakete mit Festivalzutritt und Shuttle gab es ab 3199 US-Dollar.[2] 50.000 Fans besuchten das Festival.[3][4]
