Und Hardy Grüne hat auch eine kleine Ungereimtheit drin. Unterm Stichwort SG Volkspolizei Potsdam steht, 1952 sei die SG an Dynamo Berlin angeschlossen worden, habe aber erst im März 1953 ihren Ligaplatz an Dynamo Berlin abgetreten. Da mir das unlogisch erschien, schlug ich noch mal beim BFC nach. Der Zeitpunkt der Übernahme des Ligaplatzes deckt sich mit der Angabe, die schon bei Potsdam zu finden ist. Im gleichen Zeitraum, genauer am 27. März 1953, habe die SG DVP Berlin ihren neuen Namen SG Dynamo Berlin erhalten. Die SG Volkspolizei Potsdam sei hiernach aber erst 1953 angeschlossen worden. - I am writing an article on SG Volkspolizei Potsdam, for English Wikipedia. In earlier versions of the article about BFC Dynamo on English Wikipedia, it was written that SG Deutsche Volkspolizei Berlin was a predecessor to BFC Dynamo. It was further written that SG Deutsche Volkspolizei took the square of SG Volkspolizei Potsdam in the 1952-53 DDR-Liga, and SG Deutsche Volkspolizei Berlin was merged with SG Volkspolizei Potsdam to form the SG Dynamo Berlin, which was later renamed SC Dynamo Berlin (it obviously wrong that SG Dynamo Berlin was renamed SC Dynamo Berlin, but the team of SG Dynamo Berlin became part of BFC Dynamo, as BFC Dynamo II). Now, I am writing from the perspective of SG Volkspolizei Potsdam. I understand that Hardy Grüne describes this history in his book Enzyklopädie des deutschen Ligafußballs. Do you have acess to the book, and could you please help me with the following?
- Was it SG Deusche Volkspolizei that initially took the square of Volkspolizei Potsdam in the 1952-53 DDR Oberliga? When?
- Was SG Volkspolizei Potsdam merged with SG Deutsche Volkspolizei Berlin? When? Or was the players of SG Volkspolizei Potsdam simply transferred/delegated to SG Deutsche Volkspolizei Berlin?
- Was the team of SG Dynamo Berlin formed from a merger of SG Volkspolizei Potsdam and SG Deutsche Volkspolizei Berlin? Or was SG Deutsche Volkspolizei renamed SG Dynamo Berlin? When?
