The dewiki article states that his place of death was Sacco in southern Italy. I would say it was rather a small settlement of Sacco in Südtirol. In the database of Reichsrat deputies it says that his place of residence was Sacco (http://alex.onb.ac.at/cgi-content/alex?aid=spa&datum=0009&size=45&page=66). It is highly unprobable that a member of parliament in Vienna from Tirol would reside in southern Italy. There is indeed a village of Sacco in Sütirol (https://www.google.cz/maps/place/39058+Sacco+BZ,+It%C3%A1lie/@46.7876285,11.4341017,17z/data=!4m2!3m1!1s0x4782a942d04d8899:0xfdc71a5ef303ad2d).
