Wahlkreisgeschichte
BearbeitenDer Wahlkreis Bijapur besteht seit der Lok-Sabha-Wahl 1967. Vorgängerwahlkreis war der Wahlkreis Bijapur North. Bis 1973 gehörte der Wahlkreis zum Bundesstaat Mysore, ehe dieser in Karnataka umbenannt wurde.
