English Wikipedia?

Can this entry on musician Peter Delano be added to the English Wikipedia? There is no entry on this musician on English Wikipedia. I am Peter Delano, the subject of this article; I see many of my Jazz musician colleagues have articles written on them in the ENglish Wikipedia. How can I request that this entry be translated and placed in the English version?

Also - I was born on September 28, 1976 - not 1973. You can find this fact on my Website peterdelano.com, in the bio. Also on AllMusic.com, a number of online reviews and articles; and there is more information on me mentioned on each of my album pages on the U.S.A. iTunes.
