Hi and welcome in the German Wikipedia. It is nice that you want to improve the Wikipedia with writing articles. But I think beacause of your not-so-good German it would be better if you wrote your articles on a userpage of you and asked a wikipedian, who speaks better German, to improve the language, because when you write an article in the article-namespace, it is not sure that there will be somebody who improve your articles.
