WTK Holdings selber wurde 1970 als "Adhesive Tape Incorporated (M) Sdn Bhd" gegründet und stellte als Tochterunternehmen von Loy Brothers das Klebeband Loytape her. -https://eresources.nlb.gov.sg/newspapers/Digitised/Article/straitstimes19720819-1.2.150.1

Danach folgte eine Reihe von Namensänderungen: "From Adhesive Tape Incorporated (M) Sdn Bhd to Loytape Bhd on 15.02.1977, to Samanda Holdings Berhad on 15.06.1984, and to WTK Holdings Berhad on 29.08.1997." -http://www.bursawave.com/stock-search/stock/wtk-holdings-bhd-2988/
