Rechtsform von SETAC und SETAC Europe Bearbeiten
Im Artikel 20.3 der "Articles of Association" der SETAC Europe VZW (setac.org/articles) steht eindeutig, dass die SETAC eine amerikanische Organisation mit Sitz in Washington D.C. ist. Ich zitiere aus Art. 3.1: "of ... (SETAC) a global not-for-profit network established as a not-for-profit organization under U.S. tax code 501(c)(6) under the laws of USA, in the District of Columbia" sowie Art. 20.3: " a not-for-profit organisation established in the USA in the District of Columbia"
SETAC Europe VZW hat die Rechtsform einer belgischen VZW. Das ist die Abkürzung für "vereniging zonder winstoogmerk". Die deutsche Bezeichnung dafür lautet "Vereinigung ohne Gewinnerzielungsabsicht" (VoG).
