Also, ich habe gerade folgendes Zitat gefunden:

Das finde ich doch ein ganz bemerkenswertes Zitat, das auch aus einer eigentlich vertrauenswürdigen Quelle, von der NATO selbst, kommt. Ich würde das gerne im Artikel selbst sehen, und zwar mit der Frage nach "Germany's policy".
Und um klar zu stellen, dass ich da nicht so der neutralste bin, halte ich die Antwort für eine, die eigentlich zur Entlassung aus der Bundeswehr führen müsste, insbesondere weil Deutschland ja in anderem Kontext niemals ausliefert, wenn eine Hinrichtung zu befürchten ist.

Die Aussage, die Sie hier treffen ist falsch! Das Zitat bezieht sich auf eine Videokonferenz, die Generalmajor Kasdorf als Chef des Stabes im HQ ISAF am 11. Oktober 2007 gehalten hat.
Im Videobeitrag, der seit dem 12. Oktober 2007 auf der NATO-Seite [2]zu sehen ist, sagt Generalmajor Kasdorf deutlich „… I can imagine that Germany would have big problems to hand over detainees that have to fear to be executed.“
Die NATO hat die Ausschriftung des Interviews vom 11. Oktober 2007 berichtigt.
