Sometimes I happen to come around de.wikipedia (especially now that I have registered for the User Confirmation "thing" :) ). And that's it, I believe. I speak English at a near-native level, I am a native Italian speaker, I can easily understand French if matters don't get excessively complicated and I have basic knowledge of Swedish (but I might need to work a bit on it before I'm able to discuss wiki-stuff in Swedish!), so you have quite a wide range of languages to pick from (no German, for now, but that's my next step!).
