La première locomotive construite pour le Porteur Decauville à été « Lilliput », locomotive d'une tonne, qui, au concours de Compiègne en 1877, circulait sur la voie portative de 0,50 en rails de 4k500 (4.5 kg/m) trainant 60 personnes à la fois d'un bout à l'autre du concours. Depuis cetté époque il à fails reconnaitré qu'une locomotivé aussi petite ne pouvait faire un sérvice sérieux et « Lilliput » sert à l'amusenent des Hollandais, sur un chemin de fer circulaire à Rotterdam.
La deuxième locomotive d Porteur à été « Passe Partout », locomotive de 2 tonnes et demie à voie de 0,50 qui a obtenou le premier prix (médaille d'or) des chemins de fer et locomotives agricoles à Lille en 1889.
« Passe-Partout » a été vendue à MM. Lepoutre et Hericourt, entrepreneurs de travaux publics à Paris, qui l'emploient dans tes agrandissements de la are de Reuilly, sur la ligne de Paris à Vincennes.
Une locomotive du méme type, mais de 3 tonnes, a été vendue a MM. H Gargam et Cie, fabricants de sucre à Saint-Quentin, qui l'emploient pour le transport des betteraves avec 3 kilometres dé voie de 0,50 en rails de kilos.
Un nouveau type de locomotive de 3 tonnes à été créé pour pouvoir cireuler sans crainte à travers les champs de cannes à sucre; c'est « Belle-Petite » qui fait le service dé l'exploitation agricole de Petit-Bourg sur 6 kilomètres de voie etroite de 0,50 avec divers rails l'on expérimente et qui, grace a sa cheminée américaine et son cendrier à clapet, passe sans danger d'incendie au milieu des champs de ble en pleine maturité.
Cinq ont locomotives du mème ype, mais de 4 tonnes et a voie de 0,60, ent été vendues à MM. Van Ryek et Van Eibergen Senthagous, planteurs à Java, et à M. Salina, planteur a Perou, pour circuler sur la voie de 0,60 en rails de 9k500.

Die erste Lokomotive, die für den Decauville-Träger gebaut wurde, war die "Lilliput", eine 1-Tonnen-Lokomotive, die beim Wettbewerb in Compiègne 1877 auf der 0,50 Meter breiten, tragbaren Spur aus 4k500-Schienen (4,5 kg/m) fuhr und 60 Personen gleichzeitig von einem Ende des Wettbewerbs zum anderen zog. Seit dieser Zeit wurde erkannt, dass eine so kleine Lokomotive einen ernsthaften Dienst leisten kann und "Lilliput" dient den Holländern zur Belustigung auf einer Kreisbahn in Rotterdam.
Die zweite Lokomotive des Porteurs war "Passe Partout", eine zweieinhalb Tonnen schwere Lokomotive mit einer Spurweite von 0,50, die 1889 in Lille den ersten Preis (Goldmedaille) bei den Eisenbahn- und Landwirtschaftslokomotiven gewann.
"Passe-Partout" wurde an die Herren Lepoutre und Hericourt, Bauunternehmer in Paris, verkauft, die sie für den Ausbau der Are de Reuilly auf der Strecke von Paris nach Vincennes einsetzten.
Eine Lokomotive desselben Typs, aber mit einem Gewicht von 3 Tonnen, wurde an die Zuckerfabrikanten H. Gargam und Co. in Saint-Quentin verkauft, die sie für den Transport von Zuckerrüben mit 3 Kilometern Spurweite von 0,50 in Kilo-Schienen einsetzen.
Ein neuer Typ von 3-Tonnen-Lokomotiven wurde entwickelt, um ohne Angst durch die Zuckerrohrfelder fahren zu können; es ist die "Belle-Petite", die den landwirtschaftlichen Betrieb von Petit-Bourg auf 6 km Schmalspur (0,50) mit verschiedenen Schienen bedient, die gerade getestet werden, und die dank ihres amerikanischen Schornsteins und ihres Aschenbechers mit Klappe ohne Brandgefahr mitten durch die Felder voll ausgereifter Weizenpflanzen fährt.
Fünf weitere Lokomotiven desselben Typs, jedoch mit einem Gewicht von 4 Tonnen und einer Spurweite von 0,60, wurden an die Pflanzer Van Ryek und Van Eibergen Senthagous auf Java sowie an Herrn Salina, Pflanzer in Peru, verkauft, um auf der Spurweite von 0,60 mit 9k500-Schienen zu verkehren.

The first locomotive built for the Decauville Porteur was the "Lilliput", a one-ton locomotive which, at the Compiègne competition in 1877, ran on the 0.50 portable track with 4k rails (4 kg/m). 500 pulling 60 people at a time from one end of the competition to the other. Since that time, it has been recognised that such a small locomotive could provide serious service, and the "Lilliput" is used for Dutch amusement on a circular railway at Rotterdam.
Porteur's second locomotive was the "Passe Partout", a 2.5 tonne locomotive with 0.50 gauge that won first prize (gold medal) for agricultural locomotives and railways in Lille in 1889.
The "Passe-Partout" locomotive was sold to Messrs Lepoutre and Hericourt, public works contractors in Paris, who used it to extend the Are de Reuilly track on the Paris to Vincennes line.
A locomotive of the same type, but weighing 3 tonnes, was sold to Messrs H Gargam et Cie, sugar manufacturers at Saint-Quentin, who use it to transport beet with 3 kilometres of 0.50 kilo track.
A new type of locomotive, weighing 3 tonnes, has been created so that it can wax without fear through the sugar cane fields. This is the "Belle-Petite", which serves the Petit-Bourg farm on 6 kilometres of straight 0.50 track with various experimental rails, and which, thanks to its American chimney and its flap ash pan, passes without danger of fire through the fields of ripening sugar cane.
